Indian Army Group C Education Qualification

• Cook:– As per the notification candidates must have passed Matriculation or equivalent from a recognised board. Must have knowledge of Indian Cooking and Proficiency in trade.
• Civilian Catering Instructor:– As per the notification candidates must have passed Matriculation or equivalent from a recognised board. Diploma or Certificate in Catering from any recognised institution.
• Tin Smith:– As per the notification candidates must have passed Matriculation or equivalent from a recognised board. Should be proficient in trade work
• LDC:– As per the notification candidates must have passed 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Barber:- The Candidates must have passed Matriculation or equivalent from a recognised board. Should be proficient in trade work.
• Painter:- The Candidates must have passed Matriculation or equivalent from a recognised board and Should have knowledge of Painting.
• Carpenter:– The Candidates must have passed Matriculation or equivalent from a recognised board. And Should have knowledge of Carpentry.
• MTS:- The Candidates must have passed Matriculation and Should be proficient in trade work.
• Civilian Motor Driver:– According to the official notification candidates must have passed Matriculation or equivalent from a recognised board. And must possess valid driving licences for both heavy and light motor vehicles.
• Fire Engine Driver:– According to the official notification candidates must have passed Matriculation or equivalent from a recognised board And should be proficient in trade work.
• Fireman:- According to the official notification candidates must have passed Matriculation or equivalent from a recognised board
• Tradesman Mate (Labour):– According to the official notification candidates must have passed Matriculation or equivalent from a recognised board And Should be proficient in trade.
• Cleaner:– According to the official notification candidates must have passed Matriculation or equivalent from a recognised board. And Should be proficient in trade work.
• Vehicle Mechanic:– According to the official notification candidates must have passed the 10th standard. And one year experience of in his trade. To know more about detail, read the notification.

Indian Army Group C Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria

The candidate must be an Indian Citizen.

Candidate must have the above-required education qualification and age limit discussed below here.

Indian Army Group C Recruitment 2023 Age Limit

Minimum Age limit is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 40 years. To know more about detail, read the notification.

Relaxation for age limit.

(i) The upper age limit is relaxable for Govt servant and Ex-Servicemen
candidates as per existing Govt rules in this regard (Total service rendered
in Armed Forces plus 3 years)
(ii) For SC/ST candidates applying for their reserved post will be given age
relaxation up to 5 years. OBC (Non creamy layer) candidates will be given
age relaxation up to 3 years.
(iii) For Persons with Disability under UR category 10 years, OBC (Non
creamy layer) category 13 years & SC/ST category 15 years.
(iv) The SC/ST/OBC candidates who apply against unreserved post will
not be given age and other concessions meant for SC/ST/OBC.
(v) PH person should be in possession of Disability certificate issued by
CMO/Civil Surgeon of Govt Hospital certifying the disability.
(vi) Departmental Candidates with Three Years Continuous Service in
Central Government. Up to 40 years of age (45 years for SC/ST)
