• Go to the Department of Food & Supplies’s Official Website https://food.wb.gov.in/
• Now click on ‘FPS (Ration Shop)’.
• Then click on ‘Appy For New Fair Price Shop’.
• Now apply your sub-area-wise FPS shop.

Offline:

• Collect a Specimen copy of the Application form in the office of the Rationing Officer (your sub-area) or download it from www.food.wb.gov.in. and print out it.
• Fill out the application form carefully and attach all required documents and receipt of deposition of application fees of Rs. 1,000/- should be submitted by Registered Post / Speed Post or by hand should be superscribed on the envelope “Application for engagement as FPS dealer at ________________(address, where vacancy required) to the office of the Deputy Director of Rationing (Sub-Area)”, within 21 days from the date of publication of the vacancy notice on the Official Website of the Department.
